Refund Policy

01Subscription Payments

Subscription fees, including the Pro subscription currently offered at €12 per month, are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine a refund is appropriate in our sole discretion.

02Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access remains active until the end of the current billing period you already paid for.

03Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or billed after a valid cancellation, contact support promptly and we will review and resolve valid billing errors.

04Refund Exceptions

We may deny refund requests in cases of abuse, repeated refund claims, chargeback misuse, or where substantial access to paid features has already been provided, except where prohibited by law.

05Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue before a chargeback is initiated.
