By accessing or using unifield.world and its related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and current.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to the selected plan. Pricing details, included features, and current subscription tiers are listed on the Pricing page. If you purchase a subscription, including the Pro subscription currently offered at €12 per month, you authorize recurring monthly billing until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate applicable law.

The unifield.world platform, its software, branding, and site content are owned by the operator or its licensors, except for content you upload or publish. You retain rights to your own content, but you grant the service the rights needed to host, display, and process that content in order to provide the service.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse of the platform, or harmful behavior toward the service or other users.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
